"Definitely a case where a licensed handgun permit would have made a BIG difference on the thugs." Oh, come on. Either the gang would have produced their own weapons, or the white guy would have been prosecuted (like Bernard Goetz, the guy in the NYC subway). There's no simple solution. It's just time for society to admit to, and prosecute, black racism as well as white racism.

I would have liked to have thrown a few punches myself. Anyone who listens to that rap crap, especially white people, deserve a special place in hell. There are far too many 'wanna be's' wandering around with their pants hanging off their a...., their hats on sideways, swinging their arms with their wrists turned chimpanzee like with the shoulder and hip turn to match, with vile speech and intimidating manner. And good luck with the "hate crime" charges. Do you think there is any chance that a 'jury of his peers' will convict a Negro of assulting this white fool for stealing their 'culture'?

Definitely a case where a licensed handgun permit would have made a BIG difference on the thugs and the innocent victim would not have suffered beyond the first punch. Probably would have saved the public a lot of future problems from these young guys.
